Our Results

We have been up and running for a while now and our results speak for themselves.

Most of our clients attend just once a week and do slow repetitions without coming to rest for between 90-120 seconds on a number of our machines. Some of our clients agreed to share their results below.

Kate is a female aged between 25-30 and in just 6 short weeks she increased her measured leg strength by more than 50% and more than 100% in 12 weeks!

John a male aged between 55-65 and increased his measured leg strength by ~50% in 8 weeks and more than 80% by 16 weeks!

And Lee increased his measured leg strength by 80% across that period!
